Newly released video shows the malnourished son of a parenting advice YouTuber approaching a neighbor for help on the morning that his mother and her business partner were arrested on child abuse charges. The new evidence comes a month after a judge sentenced Utah mom Ruby Franke to up to 30 years in prison after she admitted to physically and emotionally abusing her children. Investigators say the abuse was motivated by religious extremism. Franke insists repeatedly in her journal entries released on Friday that her 12-year-old son is possessed by the devil. Body camera footage shows the arrests and poor condition of both children.
