In his new role, Danny oversees the 661-room hotel s day-to-night food and beverage operations, including Highball, its signature cocktail bar & lounge with an expansive outdoor dining terrace serving a seasonal "spirited" and "free-spirited" cocktail menu and NY-inspired dishes, as well as Grab & Go, a locally curated market and cafe in collaboration with Bluestone Lane.
