Covid cases may be starting to go down a bit in the state of Arkansas but still not down enough to continue with plans for a fundraiser for Kid's College. The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana Foundation made the tough decision to reschedule the 15th Annual Beads, Bags, and Bangles Kids’ College fundraiser due to the number of COVID-19 cases in the area.
