Beavers Move Up One Spot At Nanea Pac-12 Preview

KAILUA-KONA, Hawai'i – The Oregon State women's golf team jumped rival Oregon in the second round of the Nanea Pac-12 Preview on Tuesday. The Beavers moved into fourth place in the 12-team field with an 8-over 293-299 592 at the par-73, 6,449-yard Nanea Golf Club. No. 1 Stanford (5-under 288-291 579) has a four-stroke lead over USC (1-under 290-293 583) and is six strokes better than Arizona (1-over 297-288 585). Oregon, ranked fifth in the nation by golfstat.com, is tied for fifth place with UCLA (10-over 594).

Webster, Slama Lead Beavers At Stanford Intercollegiate

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Kelsey Webster and Ellie Slama both posted top-20 finishes to lead the Oregon State women's golf team at the Stanford Intercollegiate on Sunday. The Beavers concluded the three-day tourney with a 14-over 288-283-295 866 at the par-71, 6,269-yard Stanford Golf Course and finished eighth in the 17-team field. Webster and Slama recorded top-20 finishes for the second-straight tournament, as they both shot a 1-over 214 to finish in a tie for 19th place. Webster posted scores of 71-70-73 and Slama finished with 70-71-73.
