Commodore Perry FCU has stepped up to make partial or full remote learning easier in the wake of COVID-19. With its sponsorship, more than 3,260 students and teachers at 17 schools in Ottawa County will have free access to “Banzai,” an award-winning online financial literacy program and content library of articles, calculators, and personalized coaches.
All of these resources are available to students at home or in the classroom via any device that can access the internet.
“Thank you so much for providing this program for my students,” said teacher Danielle Lajti at Bataan Memorial Intermediate School. “This has been a great way to start our online learning experience in Ohio due to the Covid-19 pandemic. My students have enjoyed learning through a game format, and it has allowed me to cover financial literacy standards with ease.”
