WATERTOWN â Police report that they arrested Danielle Jette, 41, 1190 Litchfield Rd., Watertown at 1 p.m. March 3, for the charges of criminally negligent storage of a firearm, risk of injury to a minor and criminal liability for the acts of another/criminal possession of a firearm.
The charges stem from the incident in which her children were shot and killed by Paul Ferguson in Watertown on December 3, 2019.Â
Ms. Jette was processed and released on a promise to appear in the Waterbury Superior Court at 9 a.m. March 16.
