An Indiana woman died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on U.S. 60. Daniella Zuelly, 48 of Tell City, was driving a 2021 Ford Edge passenger car, which pulled into the U.S. 60 intersection at Tractor Supply and into the path of a tractor-trailer traveling southbound, Ken­tucky State Police reported. KSP received a call from Hardinsburg police at 1:13 p.m. CDT Monday Department requesting assistance in investigating the crash scene. Zuelly was transported by air ambulance to Uni­­versity of Louisville Hos­pital where she later died, police said. The commercial vehicle was being operated by Philip Wertz, 62, of Zephyrhills, Florida, the KSP release said.
