Thursday’s hearing in Augusta, Maine, will include testimony from members of the Lewiston and Lisbon police departments about the immediate response to the shootings, according to an advisory from the commission.
The independent commission charged with investigating the state’s deadliest shooting is expected to hear from the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Department, which has been criticized for its handling of explicit warnings about the shooter.
