Students housemates under arrest. Friends held a vigil tonight on the campus in fredericksburg for a 20yearold 28year old man. Reporter is very silent here tonight. We had trouble getting them to comment a little bit. Everyone is shattered here. Students laid flowers and cry at a memorial for grace man. She was the daughter of Domestic Court judge, thomas man, and is a popular student here. The campus is stunned by her murder, allegedly by one of her housemates, steven vandermeer. He was arrested near at a local church after she was found unconscious friday. Police say there was no romantic relationship between the two, but they are not saying much else.
