Aussie guard William McDowell-White is set to join the New Zealand Breakers for the rest of the NBL season.
The Breakers have added another Australian and a journeyman import to their roster as they confront an extended period without second leading scorer Corey Webster and star import Lamar Patterson this Australian NBL season. The vastly undermanned Kiwi club dropped to 4-7 for the season (eighth of the nine clubs) with a Friday night 85-75 defeat to the Perth Wildcats in their penultimate game of the NBL Cup in Melbourne, and it was clear and obvious they need help on the personnel front.
