Reporter a chaotic scene at the perry fest about 25 miles northwest of chicago. It was just hail and rain and just unbelievable wind. Reporter one person was killed and more than a dozen injured after a tent blew away with people inside. Victims carried out on stretchers taken to nearby hospitals. High winds, rain and hail sending debris flying. All of a sudden, you could see the rip in the dome, and it just kind of blew down.
