HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - After a years-long effort to save Pali Lanes, the Windward Oahu bowling alley will close for good at the end of June.
The Kailua bowling alley faced many hardships before the pandemic, but the effects of COVID-19 limiting and closing business proved to be too difficult.
The owners recently approached Alexander & Baldwin to initiate closing discussions.
Daniel Sylva and Arthur Machado, owners of Pali Lanes, said pandemic made the business impossible to sustain.
