The Six Baltimore Police officers charged in freddie grays death want their cases dismissed. Gray received a spinal injury while in their custody last month. He later died. In court filings, the officers say they are victims of an overzealous prosecution. They want states attorney Marilyn Mosby replaced with an independent prosecutor.
