We see ourselves reflected in our children, which is a joy when they mimic our affection and another thing altogether when they get in the car and start calling the other drivers “turkeys.” Or so I’ve heard.
Much of that is nurture. Then there is nature: the colour of their eyes, their voices, the shapes of their hands. Other things: conditions like attention deficit or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
