A 36-year-old Martinsburg man is accused of engaging in unwanted sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl while placing his hand over her mouth and telling her âto just be quiet and donât move,â according to state police.
On Friday, Chadrick Magee, Deer Walk Lane, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before District Judge Ken Johnson, of Somerset. He will face two counts of aggravated indecent assault, and one count each of rape and statutory sexual assault, all felonies, and a lesser-graded charge of corruption of minors, a first-degree misdemeanor.
According to Trooper Daniel Kephart in a probable-cause affidavit, the incident allegedly occurred at a residence in Friedens on Oct. 18.
