the last time i filled up with fuel was probably about three or four weeks ago, so i m not looking forward to seeing the price it is now. the government has cut fuel duty by 5p per litre, but prices at the pumps are still 30% higher than a year ago. £79.55. £80! £80 to fill the car. that s nearly a day s salary. daniel and lauren s home energy costs are spiralling as well. to help, the government has offered most families rebates and loans worth £350.
