Relying on the rent for income, we try very hard not to raise the rent on our tenants and i hope you realize that any or all in creases affect not only them but their families and ours. We get less income, they have to pay more. We dont need another Community Benefit district in San Francisco if we really use our property taxes the way they are supposed to be used.
