A school district employee in Philadelphia has been charged with 100 counts of child pornography over his alleged possession of more than 200 images.
The Chester County District Attorney’s Office on Monday announced the arrest of Daniel Gaudiello, 45, on 50 counts of dissemination of child pornography, 50 counts of child pornography and “criminal use of a communications facility.”
The DA s office said local authorities received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in May that 145 images of child pornography were “uploaded to an internet provider.”
The images, allegedly sent to and from an email address between February 2019 and April 2021, show “naked prepubescent females between six and ten years of age in sexually suggestive dress and poses,” according to the district attorney’s office.
