Felton comes from the Diocese of Green Bay. He has been a priest since 1981. He will be the 10th bishop of the Diocese of Duluth since its formation in 1889. DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Bishop-elect Daniel Felton will be ordained Thursday as the tenth Bishop of the Duluth Diocese.
The ordination and installation Mass will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary at 11 a-m.
Attendance at the event is limited and masks are optional.
