About 5,600 people have signed the Safer Highway 6 Citizens Action Group petition asking the province to adopt a series of international road safety improvement standards for Highway 6. The petition, which was shared with Manitoba's infrastructure minister Thursday, also includes accounts from people who have been in accidents on the highway.
