A Meredosia teen has a cutting-edge idea for a fundraiser the chance to cut off his mullet.
Corey Dixon Jr., 15, has been growing out his mullet a hairstyle featuring shorter hair in the front and longer hair in the back for about 2½ years. The back has reached a length of about 9 inches.
He now wants to give back to the community that helped him and his family with expenses after doctors found a mass on his heart by sporting a new hairstyle.
”I feel like I should give it back, to pay it forward,” Dixon said.
