The effort drops August 12. According to Billboard, the 12-track joint venture will be jam packed with heavy-hitting collaborations from A$AP Rocky, Run the Jewels, Joey Bada$$, Raekwon, Kiwanuka, Russ, Conway the Machine and late rapper MF Doom. Cheat Codes is the first hip hop album from Danger Mouse born Brian Burton in over 15 years, his last effort being 2005's The Mouse and the Mask. That effort also featured MF Doom, who died at age 49 in October 2020. As for Black Thought Roots rapper Tariq Luqmaan Trotter he hasn't issued an album since his 2020 solo effort Streams of Thought, Vol. 3: Cane & Able.
