The Ilorin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says it has arrested 13 Chinese nationals for allegedly engaging in illegal mining activities in the state. The Story of Cheiftain is based on the historical figure of Ang Deng Bang, a chieftain of an ethnic minority tribe, who became a fugitive to the Chinese government in the 1930's. In 1933, a large earthquake occurred in a small town within the Sichuan Province, however local government officials levied taxes after, causing outrage amongst the tribe headed by Ang Deng Bang. An Deng Bang started a resistance, and as a result became a fugitive hunted by the local government. At the same time, he met the Red Army, and decided to support them, setting up a guerrilla group of his own tribe members within the Red Army, and thus becoming the first ethnic minority leader to lead the revolution in modern China.
