Traffic accidents do not get much worse hand this. Seven young people, ages 16 to 22 were riding in a mercedes after 8 00 last night on freedom boulevard in Santa Cruz County when the driver swerved into oncoming traffic hitting a ford pickup truck head on. Three people from the mercedes died at scene. Another died at at the hospital. The three other passengers were taken to hospitals with life threatening injuries. Alcohol appears to be a factor. We had a couple of witnesses reporting reckless driving, things like excessive speed and passing over the double yellow lines and a witness said there were females out of the windows dancing and out of the moon roof dancing prior to the collision. I must have a good working knowledge of the animals laws and regulations. Part of my desire to serve on this stems from my volunteer experience at pause. Both my experience helps me to be part of the solution. My volunteer duties were on the Editorial Board and im a heart ambassador for the association.
