The traditional inaugural parade was not an option this year, given security fears and the coronavirus pandemic.
So instead, the Biden Inaugural Committee is throwing a Parade Across America a virtual celebration involving dancers, drum lines, singers and athletes from across the United States.
It might sound like a stretch. But the Democratic Party had a surprise hit on its hands when it convened a remote roll call during the Democratic National Convention, which turned out to be more popular than you might have guessed.
Amanda Gorman- Gorman, the first US youth poet laureate, will be reading out one of her poems at the event.
Garth Brooks- The singer joked that he would be the only Republican attending the ceremony. Brooks added that his performance would serve as a statement of unity .
Tom Hanks- The veteran actor will be hosting the star-studded TV event Celebrating America .
Eva Longoria- She had already hosted the Democratic National Convention last year and now Longoria will introduce various segments throughout the Celebrating America special.

How To Watch Inauguration Day: ‘Celebrating America’, Livestream, Schedule & News Network Plans Deadline 1/20/2021
Celebrating America, a primetime special that will be simulcast across ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN and MSNBC.
The 90-minute special begins at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT and will be hosted by Tom Hanks, with remarks from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, along with performances from Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jon Bon Jovi, Ant Clemons, Foo Fighters, John Legend, Demi Lovato, Bruce Springsteen, Justin Timberlake and Ozuna.

The program will also be livestreamed on the Presidential Inaugural Committee’s social media channels YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch and streaming partners including Amazon Prime Video, Microsoft Bing, NewsNow from Fox, and AT&T U-verse (Channel 212/1212 in SD/HD) and DirecTV (Channel 201).

JACKSONVILLE, Fla A Jacksonville ROTC drill team is expected to participate in Biden s inauguration ceremonies Wednesday.
According to the Presidential Inaugural Committee, all of the Andrew Jackson High School JR Air Force ROTC will be performing in The Inauguration Parade Across America.
This will be alongside many notable artists and other celebrities in the parade including Jon Stewart, New Radicals, Earth Wind & Fire, The Trans Chorus of Los Angeles and many more.
