The indefinite suspension was announced by the FPHL on Monday, January 15th in a press release. Since then fans have waited anxiously to hear what the organization thinks about losing their favorite hockey star. The wait is over, the Danbury Hat Tricks released the following statement on Thursday morning (1/18/24):
The Danbury Hat Tricks are one of two teams standing in the Federal Hockey League after a long and grueling season. The rabbits lost the first two games of a five-game series to the Carolina Thunderbirds and have their backs against the wall. Danbury Hat Tricks Head Coach Bill McCreary joined the I-95 Morning Show on Thursday (5/11/23) to talk about the upcoming battle with Carolina and he seemed upbeat despite his team's 0-2 series hole.
McCreary joined the I-95 Morning Show on Tuesday (10/18/22), ahead of the season opener on Friday (10/21/22). We discussed what fans can expect of the team this year but we were curious to know, what the coach expects of the fans?
