The City of Cheboygan is looking at trimming some trees along one of the main corridors into the city and making improvements to the city s infrastructure along the route.
The approval of a site plan by the Cheboygan City Council allows a new investor to develop and bring retail space and an apartment rental to Cheboygan s Main Street.
The new investment group plans to keep all the employees who are currently working for the tissue factory, adding several key positions, as well as hiring a number of new employees.
