With over eight number one radio singles, 16 Dove Awards, three Grammy nominations, two gold and a platinum albums to date, Tomlin is truly the dominant figure in modern worship. His latest album does not disappoint. In a time when many pop rock worship albums are sounding stereotypical and lacking creative flare And If Our God Is For Us sounds fresh and dynamic. For the first time using two producers, Ed Cash, who of course Chris has used on his previous albums, and Dan Muckala, who gives Chris a snappier, more immediate pop sound without losing the wistful, worshipful feel of his old hits, no Tomlin follower will be disappointed.
