The Washington Football Team won’t have any tryout players at its rookie minicamp this weekend after one of them tested positive for COVID-19, a source with knowledge of the situation said.
The team planned on trying out only five players the maximum allowed under league rules. Before the pandemic, teams would try out between 25 to 30 players, but the NFL severely cut down on the amount to limit capacity.
