Moving into phase 2 as early as this week meaning many retailers that have been closed for the past 2 months can now opened their doors again for Curbside Pickup. Hundreds of hair salons and barbershops now have the states okay to reopen their doors but whether or not those businesses can do so will ultimately be decided on a county by county basis.
