The Sunport saw record-setting passenger numbers during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta as carriers increased flights, destinations and sent larger planes to the epicenter of the ballooning universe.
Renovations will soon begin at a hotel property in northeast Albuquerque, where the city will convert a property into an apartment complex with about a hundred units.
