There’s something fishy going on at Saint Mildred Catholic Church on South Central Avenue. Friday began St. Mildred’s annual fish fry which begins the first Friday of Lent every year.

locations around Somerset, Ky, while together, Dan and Brad own the Kyles Station DQ Grill & Chill along with the new Oxford location.

What did local businessman Dan Cheshire say was the reason he was the 2021 Hal Rogers Leadership Award honoree?
âI am really bad at saying ânoâ when Iâm asked for help,â Cheshire told a room of Boy Scouts and scouting supporters.
âSo, whenever youâre asked to help and youâre a Scout, youâll âbe preparedâ to do that,â he added, referencing the organizationâs Motto.
Cheshire was selected to receive the award from the Lake Cumberland Districtâs scouting program, which covers eight area counties including Pulaski, Wayne and McCreary.
