MARLETTE – Marlette Regional Hospital is providing medical treatment for cancer patients through the Covenant Regional Thumb Network or CRTN Health. Five hospitals in the Thumb and Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw announced the expansion of Covenant Medical Center’s Radiation Oncology Service through the new CRTN Cancer Care Center on the campus of Marlette Regional Hospital.
