But the District Attorney says Surveillance Video proves that didnt happen. Instead it shows he approached the man in the emergency room waiting area after the conversation the manuses a cane to stand up. He grabs him by the back of the collar and knocks him back foot seat. He chokes hem and beats him and places hem under arrest. District attorney george goscone is said to have purge erred himself on a police report.
