Residents who live along Town Neck Beach believe that gridlock is what is to come in their neighborhood when Tree House Brewery opens this summer.
âTree House will be open from 7 AM to 11 PM, will have a beer distribution site, food trucks, a beer garden and a brewery on less than a half-acre of land,â said a woman who lives in a nearby house. âAnd thereâs only one way in and out of this area.â

DEERFIELD Tree House Brewing Co. bought the former Channing Bete headquarters, manufacturing and warehouse space on Route 5 in South Deerfield for $4.25 million.
The transaction, recorded Dec. 30 at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds, follows Tree House’ November announcement that it plans to open a tap room and more at the location sometime in the summer of 2021 depending on COVID-19 restrictions.
Tree House is a beer brand with a devoted following of customers who happily wait in long lines to buy. But Tree House didn’t have space for festivals and events at its Charlton headquarters. That’s the plan for Deerfield, according to the message put out in November.
