And experts are tipping the trend will grow even faster this year as more tech renovators grow in confidence and prices fall. Telsyte managing director Foad Fadaghi said the company s IoT@Home Market Study found 26 per cent of all Aussies were considering ways to make their homes smarter and 36 per cent had upgraded their homes during the last year.
