reporter: tonight, this video from a neighbor appearing to show officer amber guyger on the phone. medics desperately trying to revive 26-year-old botham jean moments after she shot him. we are learning new details from the night the off-duty dallas police officer opened fire after walking into the wrong apartment and killing a man in his own home. according to this affidavit, guyger says after leaving work she inserted a key fob into a door she thought was hers. but it was already partially opened. according to the warrant, the apartment was dark and guyger saw jean s silhouette and thought her home was being burglarized. she claims she pulled out a gun, gave verbal commands, which were allegedly ignored, and shot twice, hitting jean in the abdomen. texas rangers arresting guyger over the weekend, charging her with manslaughter. but the dallas county d.a. says more serious charges are not out of the question. the grand jury will be able to look at all aspects of this case, which w
