Developer gets the go-ahead for major Frisco mixed-use project The Link will be built next to the PGA headquarters and resort on Legacy Drive. Plans for the 240-acre Link development in Frisco call for offices, retail, residential and a hotel.(Stillwater Capital ) Developers have won city approvals for a major mixed-use development on Frisco’s north side. Called The Link, the 240-acre project is planned south of U.S. Highway 380 and next to the new PGA headquarters and resort. It’s a project of Dallas-based Stillwater Capital. Plans for The Link include office, retail, luxury residential, entertainment, a boutique hotel and sports wellness uses.

The Crosby apartments were built starting in 2018 on Hall Street just east of the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. The five-story, 336-unit project was built by Dallas-based Stillwater Capital. The apartment community includes a 3,000-square-foot shared office space, a rooftop deck and lounge, a fitness center and a dog park. HLR Architects designed the project with rental units ranting from 535 to 1,176 square feet.
