Grosse Pointe Park mayor not seeking reelection
Robert Denner
GROSSE POINTE PARK Grosse Pointe Park voters will be choosing a new mayor this November.
On March 4, Mayor Robert Denner announced in a letter to Park officials and the media that he won’t be seeking another term this fall.
“I have been privileged to be a part of steady progress in our city and am proud that, in recent rankings, Grosse Pointe Park is among the very best places to live in the country,” Denner wrote. “I will continue to give my best efforts to the city for the remainder of my term. There is much to accomplish in 2021, and I am confident that together we will continue to move our great city forward.”
