Mary Lou Michelli, 83, of Barnesville, OH, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 9, 1937, at Martins Ferry Hospital and was the only child of Custer Nelson Carter and Edna Marchbank Carter, who preceded her in death along with her Grandson, Connor Merritt, two stepsons, Tom Michelli, Jr. and Michael Michelli and a stepdaughter, Tina Michelli Miller.
Mary Lou married her husband Tom June 5, 1971, blending two families into one that they referred to as the “Brady Bunch plus two.” She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Lori (Mike) Burkhart, of Barnesville and Judy (Mark) Nagele of Georgia, son Dale (Jeri) Smith of Newbury, OH, stepdaughter Vickie (Mark) Beetham of Cadiz, OH, stepson Rodger (Marianne) Michelli of Monroe, NC, eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
