Dale Shalvey, 36, of Bentleyville, was already accused of rifling through Electoral College vote certification papers during the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol. A new federal indictment accuses him of assaulting an officer and stealing a letter from Sen. Mitt Romney to former Vice President Mike Pence. (FBI).
