Officers find drugs, cash, loaded gun during arrest in Oregon City, police say KATU Staff
Oregon City police said officers had a busy evening on Monday.
The police department wrote in a Facebook post that at around 10:40 p.m., an officer stopped a driver on 7th Street near John Adams Street.
The driver had given the officer a fraudulent driver’s license and fake name, police said.
When the officer asked the driver to get out of the car, the driver took off, sparking a chase through downtown Oregon City.
The driver later surrendered after driving into a dead-end road.
