(Bismarck, ND) A Dakota Access Pipeline Protest lawsuit against the United States is moving forward with testimony from law enforcement. The lawsuit claims the Federal Government could have reduced the size of the protest had they intervened sooner. tweets. i want to talk about making america great again and part of the energy dominance and during the dakota access pipeline protest, we had some pretty scary times. just a couple weeks ago, a judge made a decision suggesting that the army corps of engineers may have prematurely issued some this creates more my question is this. what specifically going to do to give these companies more certainty and more clarity as they make these multibillion dollar infrastructure decisions that move our energy and at the same point in time tribal leaders and tribal nations feeling honored and respected throughout this entire permitting that was a little difficult to hear, but i believe the question was focused on energy production specific to dakota access. and i think we ve been talking
