E-commerce entrepreneurs the Delmics spend millions diversifying with commercial real estate purchases

Miodrag and Dajana Delmic went on a buying spree of mid-sized office and industrial properties in late 2021. Partners in marriage and business, the couple live in Rocky Hill and run bulk ammunition vendor Target Sports USA out of a Cheshire industrial property. The online ammo store has been the Delmics primary business, but the couple is diversifying, investing heavily in commercial real estate. “That’s the business I’m in,” 39-year-old Miodrag Delmic said of his online ammo and tactical accessories store. “But I do more than that.”

Wethersfield industrial property sells for $2 5M

The 41,040-square-foot property at 61 Arrow Road sold last month. The buyer was Dajana Delmic, who, along with her husband Miodrag Delmic, owns Cheshire-based online bulk ammunition retailer Target Sports USA. The Delimics have been on a Greater Hartford buying spree in recent months and many of their purchases involved investment properties unrelated to their core business.  In late April Miodrag Delmic purchased the Crossroads Plaza neighborhood center in Cromwell  for $5.1 million and in November they bought the former Wethersfield headquarters of the now defunct healthcare consultancy Qualidigm (936 Silas Deane Highway) for $2.2 million, among other recent deals. The seller of the 61 Arrow Road Wethersfield property was Russell Road Properties LLC.
