AN Indian philanthropist received the prestigious Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD)-Las Piñas City on October 11, 2023 during the 44th Commencement Exercises of Graduate School, Baccalaureate and Non Degree and 11th Graduation rites of Doctor of Medicine held at Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.
A NATIVE of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte is this year s top graduate from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD)-Bilibid Extension School in Muntinlupa City among 57 persons deprived of liberty (PDL).
