Three months after announcing plans to relaunch its effort to build an entertainment center and casino in Kenosha, The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin says a recent poll it commissioned shows “strong support” for the development, a partnership with Hard Rock International.
Heartland Produce Co., a Kenosha-based produce wholesale company that recently completed construction of a new, $29 million headquarters facility at the former Dairyland Greyhound Park dog track site, has been named the 2022 Business of the Year by the Kenosha Area Business Alliance.
Now that the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and Hard Rock International are relaunching their effort to build an entertainment center and casino in Kenosha, Menominee chairman Ronald J. Corn, Sr. says he is optimistic the project will be approved in a year or two.
