SKUAST-J trains farmers on Artificial Insemination in dairy animals

JAMMU, July 21: A 10 days training on ‘Hands on Practice in Artificial Insemination and Reproductive Disorders in Dairy Animals’ which started on July 12 concluded today at faculty of Veterinary Sciences, SKUAST-Jammu.
Prof. M.S Bhadwal, Dean, F.V. Sc and A.H, R.S Pura was the chief guest and he highlighted the importance of reproductive problems in dairy animals and their impact on farmers’ economy.
He asked the farmers to practice what they have learnt in the training at their respective farms and promised more such trainings on dairy farming for the benefits of farmers of Jammu region.
