Congress passed yet another relief bill, which replenishes the paid Protection Plan for Small Businesses. And allocates more funding for hospitals and testing. Critics of the bill say it doesnt go far enough. The bill leaves out crucial funding for state and city governments, snap benefits and rent relief to name a few.
