Kyle Andre Alan Lewis, 26, was sentenced to consecutive prison sentences on Monday. Lewis pleaded guilty to multiple third-degree felonies in May, including unlawful acquisition of a financial card, possession of a firearm by a restricted person and controlled substance charges. Lewis was charged in seven felony cases this year; however, court records show one case against Lewis was dismissed by prosecutors after it was found to be a duplicate filing. Man denied bail in paintball gun threat case

An Idaho man accused of threatening individuals with a paintball gun resembling a pistol-grip shotgun was denied release from jail during his appearance in 1st District Court on Monday. Daicen Blair Montandon, 20, faces three third-degree counts of retaliation against a witness, third-degree aggravated assault, and third-degree criminal mischief in addition to other felony and misdemeanor charges for incidents alleged to have taken place in March.
