Bombay High Court has directed it not to take coercive action against gangster Sachin
Pote.
The order came after Pote had filed a criminal writ petition in the high court, alleging that the police had lodged an NC case against him in June 2018 at Mundhwa and converted the same into an FIR after two years. The high court also issued notice to the complainant.
